Crowne Plaza - West Cairo Arkan, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! The room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, making me feel right at home. I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Claudia, one of the staff members. She was absolutely fantastic always wearing a warm smile and welcoming demeanor that made my stay even more enjoyable. As for the location, it couldn’t be better! The hotel is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, a pharmacy, and various shopping options, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, there’s a spacious area nearby where festivals are held, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Please note that my booking did not include breakfast, but given the proximity of local eateries, it was easy to find delightful options nearby. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The Crowne Plaza, West Cairo Arkan is one of the best Hotel I have ever been. The room is very spacious, well cleaned and very comfortable. The hotel facilities are fantastic and there are two great restaurants with bar. Infinity pool at the top of the building with a great view. Breakfast and food in general is super good. The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and supportive for any of your needs. The check in experience with Mirette was superb. She was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful and amazing. The staff are fantastic. I had my laundry washed and they came back looking brand new. The front desk staff are so amazing too. Silly me thought I'd booked for 3 nights and I'd only booked for 2, she did her very best to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable and allowed me the extra time to pack and check out. Words can't express my gratitude and appreciation to her (I'm sorry I've forgotten her name) the staff are so polite professional and have a great sense of humour, especially in the restaurant by the lobby. The Armenian and Pan Asian restaurant is to die for, the food was mouth watering. The infinity pool overlooking the city was gorgeous and all the staff on the rooftop were amazing too.I'll definitely be back. The house keeping (shaymer)kept my room immaculate and there would be cute little sweet treats left in tge room for you. They have All of your essentials and they are part of Arkan plaza, right in the middle if sheikh zayed and so close to all amenities. They have all towels, shower gels, shampoo (all vegan) coffee machine, robe, slippers, conditioner, mini bar, teas, all in your room. I love this hotel thank you all so much ❤️
