Sure, It was an emotional time for me having to take care of my sister’s injury, and I really needed the perfect, peaceful, luxury place to come to it after a long painful day, and yes it was the best moments for me while entering the homy, loving hotel greeted by all cheerful staff, offering all the help they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I have to mention the excellent room service and the delicious dinners i order daily in my room.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, wonderful staff. The most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, especially Rawan,shahd،Mohamef Ramdan and Elshimy, a lovely and wonderful first impression of the hotel. Everything in the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and spacious with excellent service where we dined. The food was good, great value for money and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to return for a longer visit in the future
