I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the remarkable reception team at the hotel, in particular Mr. Mohamed El Sheimy and the exceptional Ms. Shahd. Mr. Mohamed El Sheimy is the epitome of professionalism — his poise, efficiency, and genuine hospitality made every interaction a pleasure. He handled every detail with such grace and made me feel truly valued as a guest. As for Ms. Shahd, her elegance, attentiveness, and warm, welcoming spirit were simply unforgettable. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, leaving a lasting impression with her outstanding service. I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! The room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, making me feel right at home. I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Claudia, one of the staff members. She was absolutely fantastic always wearing a warm smile and welcoming demeanor that made my stay even more enjoyable. As for the location, it couldn’t be better! The hotel is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, a pharmacy, and various shopping options, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, there’s a spacious area nearby where festivals are held, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Please note that my booking did not include breakfast, but given the proximity of local eateries, it was easy to find delightful options nearby. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great location, beautiful surroundings, wonderful staff. The most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, especially Rawan,shahd،Mohamef Ramdan and Elshimy, a lovely and wonderful first impression of the hotel. Everything in the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and spacious with excellent service where we dined. The food was good, great value for money and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to return for a longer visit in the future

The Crowne Plaza, West Cairo Arkan is one of the best Hotel I have ever been. The room is very spacious, well cleaned and very comfortable. The hotel facilities are fantastic and there are two great restaurants with bar. Infinity pool at the top of the building with a great view. Breakfast and food in general is super good. The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and supportive for any of your needs. The check in experience with Mirette was superb. She was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
